Arnold is from the Kalkadoon tribal group of Mt. Isa in North Western Queensland. He has held the position of CEO at Jilkminggan for eight years. Previously was the CDEP CoOrdinator of Jilkminggan for three years. Arnold has been involved with Community Government Council and CDEP on Aboriginal Communities for the past twenty one years.
